NRG ISLAND believes that the quality of its services and technological innovation—achieved through constant commitment at every stage of its business processes—are the keys to achieving a leading position in the market. For this reason, it has established an efficient and effective Management System to control and demonstrably manage its operations. It therefore identifies continuous improvement of the Quality System as the most appropriate means to achieve and maintain these objectives.
With this document, Management commits to pursuing the following strategic goals:
Maintain certification to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNI ISO 45001:2018;
Achieve UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 and UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification;
Set annual objectives, define appropriate indicators and corresponding targets, and monitor them in order to pursue continuous improvement;
Constantly strive to meet both stated and implied customer expectations, as well as contractual and legal compliance requirements;
Maintain high service quality, also through monitoring and seeking quality in the supply chain by selecting competent and reliable partners;
Provide qualified technical design services and promote the expansion and evolution of services in line with future market trends;
Allocate all necessary resources, human and otherwise, within budget and structural constraints, to continuously improve the company and the Integrated Management System, using a risk and opportunity analysis approach, while ensuring the implementation of all necessary risk mitigation measures;
Respect the environment in all aspects, from the design phase to final installation;
Research and use the best available technical solutions to manage environmental and safety aspects related to its activities, especially in waste management, transport with company vehicles, and the use of equipment;
Address climate change management in all applicable processes, in line with ESG commitments;
Foster an internal culture, through ongoing awareness-raising, focused on proper behavior regarding health, safety, and environmental protection;
Consolidate, develop, and continuously improve the effectiveness of the Integrated Quality, Environmental, and Safety Management System;
Involve all staff in pursuing continuous improvement across all business activities;
Promote and plan staff professional growth through appropriate training courses, starting with new hires;
Ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with current legal requirements and any signed regulations, both on-site and at external workplaces or construction sites;
Create and maintain a working environment that meets the applicable health and safety laws and regulations, engaging and consulting workers, including through their safety representatives;
Minimize the frequency and severity of accidents, aiming for zero incidents, prevent injuries and occupational illnesses, particularly through adequate staff training and suitable preventive and protective measures;
Prevent and correct any hazardous situations by encouraging their reporting and systematically analyzing causes and possible remedies;
Involve subcontractors working on behalf of the company in environmental and health & safety protection, particularly in ensuring cooperation and coordination during all phases of the contractual relationship.
Responsibilities and Engagement
The Integrated Management System Manager is assigned the responsibility and authority to manage the system and verify its application by all relevant functions. They must contribute to and promote the system’s development and document the company organization. Furthermore, they must ensure it is communicated to all functions and individuals whose actions contribute to achieving the defined objectives.
All staff must:

Follow all risk prevention and protection measures for safety;
Collaborate with colleagues and the company in a spirit of teamwork;
Commit to continuous improvement in all business areas;
Strive to understand, define, and anticipate customer needs.
