NRG ISLAND was born as a product in 2010, from the will of 2 companies with complementary skills and common objectives, to develop an innovative product capable of competing on international markets.
NRG ENERGIA designs, builds and operates renewable energy plants since 2010.
Piemme was founded in 2013, making use of the experience gained since 2004 in the design and construction of floating docks for heavy-duty applications, in complex contexts such as open sea, shipyards, docks and ports.
For 12 years NRG ISLAND is marketed and installed by the two companies jointly.
In 2022, the brand and the related patents are passed to the newly established NRG ISLAND with the aim of projecting itself on a fervent global market, providing ever better services and products.
